Wear Your Town

Gorge Town Shirts is a small shop based in Cascade Locks, Oregon — right in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. We make shirts and gifts for the towns of the Gorge — all of them, on both sides of the river.

Why the towns

Every town in the Gorge has its own personality. Hood River has its wind and its orchards. Stevenson has its waterfront. The Dalles has its history. Goldendale has its big sky. And the smaller ones — Bingen, Bridal Veil, Carson, Dufur, Home Valley, Lyle, Mosier, North Bonneville, Parkdale, and our own Cascade Locks — each have people who are proud to call them home. We thought every one of them deserved a shirt that says so.

The designs

Our artwork is inspired by the classic national-park posters of the 1930s — bold color, big skies, and the places you actually recognize: the river, the bridges, the main streets, the mountains. Each town gets its own design, drawn for that town and no other, with its name set big and spelled right. You’ll find the designs on T-shirts and hoodies — and on stickers, pint glasses, mugs, water bottles, puzzles, and playing cards too.

We’re a small operation, not a big company. Every item is printed when you order it and shipped to your door. When you write to us, you’re writing to a real person in Cascade Locks who probably knows your town’s best breakfast spot.
