Gorge Town Shirts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the store at gorgetownshirts.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to complete it: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and the items you ordered. We use this to process your payment, make and ship your products, and send you order updates by email.
Payment information is handled by our payment providers (such as PayPal). Your card details go to the payment provider — they are never stored on our website.
When you browse the store, our site uses cookies. Some are essential for the store to work (keeping items in your cart, remembering your checkout details). A cookie banner on the site lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and send occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share order details only with the partners who need them to fulfill your order:
- Print and fulfillment partners — the companies that print your items and ship them to you receive your name, address, and order details.
- Payment providers — to process your payment securely.
- Delivery carriers — to get your package to your door.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, taxes, and handling returns or questions about your order. You may ask us to delete your personal information (see below); some order records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Email us at info@gorgetownshirts.com.
Security
Our store uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to store administration is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
