Welcome to North Bonneville Town Talk. North Bonneville is a town that was picked up and moved for the river — when Bonneville Dam rose in the 1930s, the town relocated to higher ground and started over, which tells you something about the people. Today it’s trails, river access, and green quiet under the Gorge walls, with Beacon Rock standing guard just up the road and the Fort Cascades story under its feet.

This is North Bonneville’s front porch. Dam-era stories, trail reports, hometown memories — all welcome below.
